Consistent with the provisions of this subpart, and as necessary to ensure full and accurate disclosure of the facts, each party may exercise the following rights during the hearing:
  1. (a)Present direct and rebuttal evidence;
  2. (b)Make objections, motions, and arguments; and
  3. (c)Cross-examine witnesses, including OFA staff, and conduct re-direct and re-cross examination as permitted by the ALJ.
