  1. (a)The appellant must file the original notice of appeal with the Board.
  2. (b)A copy of the notice of appeal must be served on the probate judge whose order is being appealed, as well as on every other interested party, in accordance with § 4.310(d).
  3. (c)The notice of appeal filed with the Board must include a certification that service was made as required by this section.
