43 CFR §4.751

1. (a)After issuance of the final decision and any order upon reconsideration, the presiding officer must lodge the original record of the determination process with the Project Director.
2. (b)The record must contain, where applicable, the following materials:
   1. (1)A copy of the posted notice of preliminary decision, the Project Director's certificate of transmission of the notice for posting, and the posting certificates;
   2. (2)A copy of each notice, order, or decision issued to the parties in interest or Project Director;
   3. (3)The record of evidence received, including any transcript made of testimony;
   4. (4)Information for heirship finding and family history, and information supplementary thereto; and
   5. (5)Any other material or documents deemed relevant by the presiding officer.
