43 CFR §4.902

1. (a)This subpart applies to appeals under 30 CFR part 1290, and 43 CFR part 4, subpart E, of Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) or delegated State orders or portions of orders concerning payment (or computation and payment) of royalties and other payments due, and delivery or taking of royalty in kind, under Federal oil and gas leases.
2. (b)This subpart does not apply to appeals of orders, or portions of orders, that
   1. (1)Involve Indian leases or Federal leases for minerals other than oil and gas; or
   2. (2)Relate to Federal oil and gas leases but do not involve a monetary or nonmonetary obligation.
