Upon its completion, Reclamation will:
  1. (a)Provide the feasibility report to you;
  2. (b)Submit the feasibility report to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives;
  3. (c)Make the report publicly available, along with associated study documents; and
  4. (d)Publish in the Federal Register a notice of the availability of the results.
