2 CFR part 200, subpart E—Cost Principles establishes general policies for determining allowable costs.
  1. (a)FEMA will reimburse direct costs for the administration of a fire management assistance grant under 2 CFR part 200.
  2. (b)FEMA will reimburse indirect costs for the administration of a fire management assistance grant in compliance with the recipient's approved indirect cost rate under 2 CFR part 200.
  3. (c)Management costs as defined in 44 CFR part 207 do not apply to this section.
