  1. (a)NEH will not charge fees for the search or review of requested records, or the amendment or correction of records.
  2. (b)NEH will not charge fees for providing the first copy of a record or any portion of a record to whom the record pertains. NEH will otherwise charge copying fees at the same rate, and using the same procedures, that NEH has established for FOIA requests.
