Except as specified in § 1325.4, the requirements in this part are applicable to the following programs and projects:
  1. (a)Federal Assistance to State Councils on Developmental Disabilities;
  2. (b)Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities;
  3. (c)Projects of National Significance; and
  4. (d)National Network of University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research, and Service.
