  1. (a)A State plan for financial assistance under title I, IV-A, X, XIV, or XVI (AABD) of the Social Security Act shall include a description of the organization and functions of the single State agency and an organizational chart of the agency.
  2. (b)Where applicable, a State plan for financial assistance under title I, IV-A, X, XIV, or XVI (AABD) of the act shall identify the organizational unit within the State agency which is responsible for operation of the plan and shall include a description of its organization and functions and an organizational chart of the unit.
