As a debtor you have several basic rights. You have a right to:
  1. (a)Notice as set forth in these regulations (see § 2506.14);
  2. (b)Inspect the records that the Corporation has used to determine that you owe a debt (see § 2506.14);
  3. (c)Request review of the debt and possible payment options (see § 2506.17);
  4. (d)Propose a voluntary repayment agreement (see § 2506.19); and/or
  5. (e)Question if the debt is excluded from these regulations (see § 2506.5(b)).
