  1. (a)AmeriCorps will submit to the Attorney General a statistical report on FOIA requests, processing, disposition, and appeals.
  2. (b)As required, the Chief FOIA Officer will submit to the Attorney General a Chief FOIA Officer Report containing a narrative description of the steps taken by the agency to support and improve FOIA compliance and transparency.
