  1. (a)Eligibility. States, Federal agencies, Indian tribes, public or private nonprofit agencies, institutions of higher education, for-profit businesses, and individuals may apply for assistance under this section.
  2. (b)Duration. A grant made under this section will be for a term of up to one year and is renewable.
  3. (c)Application requirements. Eligible applicants must comply with the requirements specified in the Corporation's application package.
