To be federally recognized, good cause domestic violence waivers must:
  1. (a)Identify the specific program requirements that are being waived;
  2. (b)Be granted appropriately based on need, as determined by an individualized assessment by a person trained in domestic violence and redeterminations no less often than every six months;
  3. (c)Be accompanied by an appropriate services plan that:
    1. (1)Is developed by a person trained in domestic violence;
    2. (2)Reflects the individualized assessment and any revisions indicated by the redetermination; and
    3. (3)To the extent consistent with § 260.52(c), is designed to lead to work.
