  1. (a)An Indian tribe that meets the definition of Indian tribe given in § 286.5 is eligible to apply to operate a Tribal Family Assistance Program.
  2. (b)In addition, an intertribal consortium of eligible Indian tribes may develop and submit a single TFAP.
