  1. (a)NEW grants are for making work activities available to such population as the Tribe specifies.
  2. (b)NEW funds may be used for work activities as defined by the Tribal grantee.
  3. (c)Work activities may include supportive services necessary for assisting NEW Program participants in preparing for, obtaining, and/or retaining employment.
