  1. (a)To the extent that sufficient funds are appropriated, Federal funding is available for the non-Federal share of medical assistance provided to refugees who are eligible for Medicaid or adult assistance programs during the 36-month period beginning with the first month the refugee entered the United States.
  2. (b)Federal funding is available for refugee medical assistance (RMA) provided to eligible refugees during a period of time to be determined by the Director in accordance with § 400.211.
  3. (c)To the extent that sufficient funds are appropriated, Federal funding is available for a State's expenditures for medical assistance under a general assistance (GA) program during the 24-month period beginning with the 13th month after the refugee entered the United States.
