The purposes of this subpart are to set out the terms by which certain commercial and government-controlled entities report data to the Commission concerning:
  1. (a)The provision of wired and wireless local telephone services and interconnected Voice over internet Protocol services;
  2. (b)The deployment of advanced telecommunications capability, as defined in 47 U.S.C. 1302, and services that are competitive with advanced telecommunications capability; and
  3. (c)The availability and quality of service of broadband internet access service.
