47 CFR §19.735-103

Commission means the Federal Communications Commission. Communications Act means the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 151 et seq. Employee means an officer or employee of the Commission including special Government employees within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. 202(a) and the Commissioners. Person means an individual, a corporation, a company, an association, a firm, a partnership, a society, a joint stock company, or any other organization or institution.
