  1. (a)A supplement announcing a suspension by the Commission must specify the term of suspension imposed by the Commission.
  2. (b)A supplement announcing a suspension of either an entire tariff or a part of a tariff publication, must specify the applicable tariff publication effective during the period of suspension.
