Providers of voice service are prohibited from adding any additional line item charges to consumer or small business customer subscribers for the effective call authentication technology required by §§ 64.6301 and 64.6303.
  1. (a)For purposes of this section, “consumer subscribers” means residential mass-market subscribers.
  2. (b)For purposes of this section, “small business customer subscribers” means subscribers that are business entities that meet the size standards established in 13 CFR part 121, subpart A.
