Specific authority, upon electronic filing of a formal application (FCC Form 309) therefor in the International Communications Filing System (ICFS), is required for any of the following changes:
  1. (a)Change involving an increase or decrease in the power rating of the transmitters.
  2. (b)A replacement of the transmitters as a whole.
  3. (c)Change in the location of the transmitting antenna.
  4. (d)Change in the power delivered to the antenna.
  5. (e)Change in frequency control and/or modulation system.
  6. (f)Change in direction or gain of antenna system.
  7. (g)Other changes, not specified above in this section, may be made at any time without the authority of the Commission: Provided, That the Commission shall be immediately notified electronically in ICFS thereof and such changes shall be shown in the next application for renewal of license.
