  1. (a)A grant of authorization to use the FCC IoT Label remains effective until set aside, revoked or withdrawn, rescinded, surrendered, or a termination date is otherwise established by the Commission.
  2. (b)No person shall, in any advertising matter, brochure, etc., use or make reference to the FCC IoT Label or the Cyber Trust Mark in a deceptive or misleading manner.
