Frequencies in the 1900-2000 kHz band are authorized for radio buoy operations under a ship radio station license provided:
  1. (a)The use of these frequencies is related to commercial fishing operations on the open sea and the Great Lakes; and
  2. (b)The output power does not exceed 8 watts and the station antenna height does not exceed 4.6 meters above sea level in a buoy station or 6 meters above the mast of the ship on which it is installed.
