47 CFR §80.655

1. (a)The frequencies available for assignment to maritime support stations are described or listed in:
   1. (1)Section 80.373 for scope of communications described in § 80.653(b)(1);
   2. (2)Sections 80.373 and 80.385 for scope of communications described in § 80.653(b)(2); and
   3. (3)Section 80.389 for scope of communications described in § 80.653 (b)(3) and (4).
2. (b)Frequencies must be used only on a secondary, non-interference basis to operational maritime communications.
3. (c)Use of frequencies assigned to services other than the maritime radiolocation service is limited to one hour per twenty four hour period.
