The following entities are eligible to hold an authorization to operate C-V2X RSUs:
  1. (a)Any territory, possession, State, city, county, town or similar governmental entity.
  2. (b)Any entity meeting the eligibility requirements of §§ 90.20, 90.33 or 90.35.
