  1. (a)The Board may seek an interview with the debtor at the offices of the Board when:
    1. (1)A matter involved in the claim needs clarification;
    2. (2)Information is needed concerning the debtor's circumstances; or
    3. (3)An agreement of payment might be negotiated.
  2. (b)The Board shall grant an interview with a debtor upon the debtor's request. The Board will not reimburse a debtor's interview expenses.
