  1. (a)Except for size and color, the SPONTANEOUSLY COMBUSTIBLE label must be as follows:
  2. (b)In addition to complying with § 172.407, the background color on the lower half of the SPONTANEOUSLY COMBUSTIBLE label must be red and the upper half must be white.
