49 CFR §172.552

1. (a)Except for size and color, the ORGANIC PEROXIDE placard must be as follows:
2. (b)In addition to complying with § 172.519, the background on the ORGANIC PEROXIDE placard must be red in the top half and yellow in the lower half. The text, division number and inner border must be black; the symbol may be either black or white.
3. (c)For transportation by highway, a Division 5.2 placard conforming to the specifications in this section in effect on December 31, 2006 may continue to be used until January 1, 2014.
