  1. (a)After consideration of evidence, the presiding officer may dismiss the notice of investigation or issue a compliance order. The decision of the presiding officer will include a statement of findings and conclusions as well as the reasons therefor on all material issues of fact, law, and discretion.
  2. (b)A compliance order issued under this section is effective twenty (20) days from service on the respondent unless otherwise provided therein.
