  1. (a)Every transfer of operating authority from one person to another person must be reported by both the transferee and transferor using the URS online application, Form MCSA-1, (available at http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/urs) in accordance with § 390.201(d)(5) of this subchapter.
  2. (b)The following information must be furnished:
    1. (1)Full name, address and USDOT Numbers of the transferee and transferor.
    2. (2)A copy of the operating authority being transferred.
