  1. (a)New, used and remanufactured over-the-road buses, to be considered accessible by regulations in part 37 of this title, shall comply with this subpart.
  2. (b)Over-the-road buses covered by § 37.7 (c) of this title shall comply with § 38.23 and this subpart.
