  1. (a)The LCV Driver-Training Program that is described in Appendix F to this part requires training using an LCV Double or LCV Triple and must include the following general categories of instruction:
    1. (1)Orientation;
    2. (2)Basic operation;
    3. (3)Safe operating practices;
    4. (4)Advanced operations; and
    5. (5)Nondriving activities.
  2. (b)The LCV Driver-Training Program must include the minimum topics of training set forth in Appendix F to this part and behind-the-wheel instruction that is designed to provide an opportunity to develop the skills outlined under the Proficiency Development unit of the training program.
