Each manufacturer whose reporting of information is affected by one or more of the express written contracts permitted by a Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard subject to the reporting requirements of this part shall:
  1. (a)Report the existence of each contract, including the names of all parties to the contract and explain how the contract affects the report being submitted.
  2. (b)Report the number of vehicles covered by each contract in each production year.
