  1. (a)A recipient of FTA financial assistance under 49 U.S.C. chapter 53 that is subject to the requirements of this part as specified in § 672.3(b) shall annually certify compliance with this part in accordance with FTA's procedures for annual grant certification and assurances.
  2. (b)A certification must be authorized by the recipient's governing board or other authorizing official and must be signed by a party specifically authorized to do so.
