  1. (a)Each large urbanized area provider must establish a Safety Committee that meets the requirements of § 673.19.
  2. (b)Each transit agency that is not a large urbanized area provider must:
    1. (1)Develop its Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan, and subsequent updates, in cooperation with frontline transit worker representatives; and
    2. (2)Include or incorporate by reference in its Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan a description of how frontline transit worker representatives cooperate in the development and update of the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan.
