  1. (a)Federal Government employees licensed or authorized as inspectors will perform inspections.
  2. (b)In addition, qualified persons may be employed and licensed (Cross-Licensee) by the Agency to perform specified inspection services under a joint Federal-State inspection service arrangement.
  3. (c)An Inspector or Cross-Licensee shall perform their duties pursuant to the regulations in this part as directed by the Director.
