  1. (a)This subpart implements the Antarctic Marine Living Resources Convention Act of 1984 (AMLRCA or Act), 16 U.S.C. 2431 et seq.
  2. (b)This subpart regulates—
    1. (1)The harvesting of Antarctic marine living resources and other associated activities by any person subject to the jurisdiction of the United States or by any vessel of the United States.
    2. (2)The import, export, and re-export into the United States of any Antarctic marine living resource.
