  1. (a)Size limit. The minimum size limit for possession of conch in or from treaty waters is 7.94 oz (225 g) for an uncleaned meat and 3.53 oz (100 g) for a cleaned meat.
  2. (b)Closed area. The treaty waters of Quita Sueno are closed to the harvest or possession of conch.
  3. (c)Closed season. During the period July 1 through September 30 of each year, the treaty waters of Serrana and Roncador are closed to the harvest or possession of conch.
