50 CFR §660.403

1. (a)The relation of this part to other laws is set forth in § 600.705 of this chapter, § 660.2, and paragraphs (b) and (c) of this section.
2. (b)Any person fishing subject to this subpart who also engages in fishing for groundfish should consult Federal regulations in subpart C through G for applicable requirements of that subpart, including the requirement that vessels engaged in commercial fishing for groundfish (except commercial passenger vessels) have vessel identification in accordance with § 660.20.
3. (c)Any person fishing subject to this subpart is bound by the international boundaries of the fishery management area described in § 660.402, notwithstanding any dispute or negotiation between the United States and any neighboring country regarding their respective jurisdictions, until such time as new boundaries are published by the United States.
