50 CFR §86.33

1. (a)You must give information on the amount and the source of match for your proposed BIG-funded facility on the standard grant application form at http://www.grants.gov.
2. (b)You must also give information on the match commitment by the State, a subgrantee, or other third party in the project statement under “Match and Other Contributions.”
3. (c)In giving the information required at paragraph (b) of this section, you must:
   1. (1)State the amount of matching cash;
   2. (2)Describe any matching in-kind contributions;
   3. (3)State the estimated value of any in-kind contributions; and
   4. (4)Explain the basis of the estimated value.
