  1. (a)In addition to the training provided to employees, DHS agencies with responsibility for holding facilities shall provide specialized training on sexual abuse and effective cross-agency coordination to agency investigators who conduct investigations into allegations of sexual abuse at holding facilities. All investigations into alleged sexual abuse must be conducted by qualified investigators.
  2. (b)The agency must maintain written documentation verifying specialized training provided to agency investigators pursuant to this section.
