  1. (a)The members of the Board shall serve for terms of three years, except that:
    1. (1)The members appointed to the initial Board shall serve proportionately, for terms of one, two and three years.
    2. (2)The 2 importer members initially appointed to the Board shall serve until October 31, 2013, and October 31, 2014.
  2. (b)Each member of the Board shall serve until October 31 of the year in which his/her term expires, except that a retiring member may serve until a successor is appointed.
  3. (c)No member shall serve more than two consecutive terms.
