7 CFR §1217.70

1. (a)Each manufacturer for the U.S. market will be required to provide periodically to the Board such information as the Board, with the approval of the Secretary, may require. Such information may include, but not be limited to:
   1. (1)For domestic manufacturers:
      1. (i)The name, address and telephone number of the domestic manufacturer;
      2. (ii)The board feet of softwood lumber shipped within the United States;
      3. (iii)The board feet of softwood lumber for which assessments were paid; and
      4. (iv)The board feet of softwood lumber that was exported.
   2. (2)For importers:
      1. (i)The name, address and telephone number of the importer;
      2. (ii)The board feet of softwood lumber imported;
      3. (iii)The board feet of softwood lumber for which assessments were paid; and
      4. (iv)The country of export.
2. (b)For domestic manufacturers, such information shall accompany the collected payment of assessments on a quarterly basis specified in § 1217.52. For importers who pay their assessments directly to the Board, such information shall accompany the payment of collected assessments within 30 calendar days after the end of the quarter in which the softwood lumber was imported.
