  1. (a)This subpart establishes the terms and conditions under which the Livestock Forage Disaster Program (LFP) will be administered.
  2. (b)Eligible livestock owners or contract growers who are eligible producers of eligible grazed forage crop acreage will be compensated for eligible grazing losses for covered livestock that occur due to a qualifying drought or fire that occurs in the calendar year for which benefits are being requested.
