7 CFR §1425.9

1. (a)The CMA must provide CCC documented proof that the CMA admits every membership applicant who is eligible under the statute regulating the CMA.
2. (b)Notwithstanding paragraph (a) of this section, a CMA may refuse membership to an applicant whose admission would prejudice, hinder, or otherwise obstruct the interests or purposes of the CMA.
