7 CFR §1435.300

1. (a)This subpart applies to the establishment and allocation of marketing allotments for:
   1. (1)Processor marketings of sugar domestically processed from sugar beets or in-process beet sugar, whether such sugar beets or in-process beet sugar were produced domestically or imported,
   2. (2)Processor marketings of sugar processed from sugarcane,
   3. (3)Distribution of a processor's allocation to producers in proportionate share States, and
   4. (4)Harvesting sugarcane by producers subject to proportionate shares.
2. (b)This subpart does not apply to marketing imported raw or refined sugar.
3. (c)This subpart applies throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
