  1. (a)NRCS will give priority to applications that address eligible priority resource concerns identified under § 1466.40.
  2. (b)NRCS will evaluate applications relative to other applications for similar agriculture and forest operations.
  3. (c)NRCS shall not select an application for an incentive contract that does not contain at least one qualifying incentive practice as identified under § 1466.40.
