  1. (a)NRCS may use the services of qualified third-party TSPs in its delivery of EQIP technical assistance in accordance with 7 CFR part 652.
  2. (b)Participants may obtain technical services from certified TSPs in accordance with 7 CFR part 652.
  3. (c)NRCS retains approval authority of work done by non-NRCS personnel for the purpose of approving EQIP payments.
