7 CFR §1493.2

1. (a)To increase exports of U.S. Agricultural Commodities and expand access to trade finance;
2. (b)To assist countries, particularly developing countries and emerging markets, in meeting their food and fiber needs;
3. (c)To establish or improve facilities and infrastructure in emerging markets to expand exports of U.S. Agricultural Commodities; or
4. (d)For such other purposes as the Secretary of Agriculture determines appropriate.
