  1. (a)Entities identified in § 1784.8 may submit a completed Standard Form 424 to apply for funding to establish a Planning report for a recipient community.
  2. (b)Funding for planning grants will be allocated annually by RUS, DEC, and ANTHC according to the prioritization list described in § 1784.16(b) of this part.
